If you recently ordered a Dexcom G6 or G7 Receiver from CenterWell Pharmacy, we want to let you know that Dexcom, the manufacturer of the Dexcom G6 and G7 Receivers, has provided notice that there may be potential audio output issues where alarms and/or alerts are missed or delayed, which could result in you not being notified of a high or low blood sugar event. The visual and vibration prompts are not impacted.
This issue is isolated to certain lots of the Dexcom G6 and G7 Touchscreen Receivers (see product details below) and does not affect other Dexcom products or diabetic monitoring supplies you may have received from CenterWell Pharmacy.
